About
Dr. Robert S. Greene was appointed to the Biology faculty in 1981 after completing his Ph.D. in Cell Physiology at SUNY Buffalo. Dr. Greene presently holds an assistant cancer research scientist appointment at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, NY, and is a Retired United States Army Reserve Medical Service Corps officer. Dr Greene is currently Chair of the Department of Biology, Academic Director of Niagara's Academic Center for Integrated Sciences (ACIS's), and is the Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR) Liaison for the University. Research in his lab is focused on Cancer Photodynamic Therapy and the Proteomics of Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). His current teaching assignments include courses in Cell Physiology, Histology, Pathophysiology and Oncology.
